For over 25 years, I’ve been deeply involved in the world of digital innovation and entrepreneurship. My passion for technology and my desire to see businesses thrive have driven my work as an entrepreneur and mentor, helping startups navigate the complexities of the digital age.

In 2015, I founded the Emerging Business Factory in Marrakech-Safi, an incubator that has grown into a thriving hub for innovation. I started EBF with a vision to create a space where entrepreneurs could collaborate, share ideas, and turn their visions into reality. Today, I’m proud to say that we’ve accompanied more than 3,000 founders and helped over 1,000 startups take their first steps and grow into successful ventures.
Throughout my career, my focus has always been on supporting entrepreneurs and helping them overcome the many challenges that come with building a business. Whether it’s through mentorship, offering strategic advice, or simply being there as a sounding board, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others achieve their goals. I believe that digital technology holds the power to transform businesses and create new opportunities, and that belief continues to fuel everything I do.

As a mentor, I take a hands-on approach, working closely with entrepreneurs to understand their unique challenges and guide them through the growth process. It’s incredibly rewarding to see startups I’ve worked with succeed, not just in Morocco but across different regions. I strive to provide practical, real-world insights from my own experience, and I’m always looking for new ways to inspire and empower those I work with.
