A defining moment for Moroccan youth has taken center stage. The national expansion of the “Pass Jeunes” initiative marks a transformative chapter in empowering young Moroccans. This forward-thinking project, built on strong public-private collaboration, brings a fresh, innovative approach to connecting youth with opportunities in culture, sports, mobility, and education.
At its heart, “Pass Jeunes” is more than a digital tool—it’s a gateway to opportunity. The app provides young people with access to a curated collection of discounts, free services, and programs tailored to their needs. But it’s also a call to action, inviting institutions, businesses, and associations to rally together in creating a brighter, more inclusive future for Moroccan youth.
Over the past two years, this initiative has evolved with the agile mindset of a true State Startup. Rabat and Salé served as our proving grounds, where the first users and partners joined hands to test and refine the app, helping transform an ambitious vision into a living, breathing reality. And now, with its national launch, “Pass Jeunes” has become a unifying platform, empowering Moroccan youth across the country to seize new opportunities.
During the launch ceremony, Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication Mr. Mehdi Bensaid highlighted the initiative’s alignment with the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI—a vision that places youth at the forefront of Morocco’s national priorities. This program is not just an app; it’s a movement, a spark of hope that encourages stakeholders from every sector to work together toward tangible, lasting impact.
The success of “Pass Jeunes” is a testament to what can be achieved when public institutions, private enterprises, and dedicated individuals unite around a shared goal. The app bridges the gap between young people and the world of opportunities around them, establishing itself as a dynamic tool for social and economic inclusion.
At EBF, we are deeply honored to have contributed to this groundbreaking project, alongside a group of extraordinary talents. I want to salute the brilliance and dedication of digital innovators Amine Benkeroum, Yassine Romani, and Abdallah Mouhou. Their expertise turned an ambitious idea into an intuitive, scalable, and accessible platform that resonates with the aspirations of young Moroccans.
But behind every successful initiative lies a network of unsung heroes—the visionaries, the facilitators, the relentless collaborators who overcome every challenge, day after day. This journey, filled with doubts, sleepless nights, and countless iterations, was sustained by an unwavering belief in the potential of Moroccan youth and the transformative power of co-creation.
The launch of “Pass Jeunes” will be remembered as a celebration of collective effort—a moment when energies aligned to give young Moroccans a powerful tool for digital and social empowerment. It’s a profound honor to have been part of this story, to witness its evolution, and to see the passion of young contributors who infused every feature, every line of code, with hope for the future.
This is more than an app; it’s an invitation to dream bigger. It’s a challenge to every institution, business, and citizen to step up with ideas and actions that elevate the lives of our youth. “Pass Jeunes” is the beginning of a new chapter, and its success is a reminder of what’s possible when we build for—and with—the next generation.
